# Reviews

The **Reviews** page (in the workspace sidebar) is where reviewers do their quality work. It brings three review surfaces together, top to bottom:

1. **Requirement QA** — review individual requirements as they're finished.
2. **Assessment sign-off** — complete a whole assessment once its QA is done.
3. **Evidence Review Queue** — review the individual evidence files clients and assessors upload.

> **Note**
>
> The review surfaces are role-gated — **admins, managers, and QA reviewers** see the queues and can act on them. Requirement QA and assessment sign-off only appear when there's something waiting.

## Requirement QA & sign-off

The top of the page runs the **two-stage QA workflow** — reviewing requirements one at a time, then signing off the assessment as a whole. The **Requirement QA** panel shows a per-assessment funnel and the queue of requirements awaiting review; the **Assessments awaiting sign-off** panel shows each assessment's QA rollup and the final sign-off action.

## Evidence Review Queue

Below the QA panels is the **evidence review** hub — for the individual files attached to assessments. It has two tabs.

### Dashboard

A live overview of file-level review across your clients:

| Panel | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Stat cards** | Pending review, total files, untagged files, and active clients |
| **Status breakdown** | Files by review status (pending / accepted) with proportions |
| **Files by client** | Per-client file counts and how many are pending |
| **Review SLA** | On-track / due-soon / overdue against the review target |

### Browse

The **Browse** tab is where per-file review happens — open a file, assign it, set a due date, and **approve or reject** it. Selecting a client from the Dashboard's *Files by client* jumps you straight into Browse filtered to that client.

> **Tip**
>
> Evidence you accept or send back here is the same evidence that flows through the [Evidence Management](/operations/evidence-management) and [Client Portal](/operations/client-portal) surfaces — one review decision, reflected everywhere.
